Inside of (my) Room

Yesterday, I was with the IPO (The Indonesian Photographer Organization, Ed) and NDI (National Democratic of Independent) so, it was a great and rare opportunity of a life time.. by taking pictures there. For me, it was a funn-tastic moment, cos for the Indonesian this House (DPR, Ed) was a place for the president held the meeting annually with the departments and the fraction in parliament, and the discussion among the fraction, the government (the commission, Ed) and public ( just know it, that everyday there is always the Commission Meeting.) – I never been ENTER the building itself, but once back in few years ago, I was one of the demonstrators activist with my Uni friends..IN FRONT OF the building- so, u can imagine how was I feel..


Hmm.. the aim of this pictures taking itself was for give the information and telling the public that The DPR’s is the House of People, so they can come over every time they want.. they can complains about their problems.. or maybe just come visiting.. and have fun by traveling the area.. its all legal! Of course as long as they didn’t make a mess there. And also, the BIG Aim was for telling people thru the pictures, what they often saw on TV when there’s an annual meeting, many members of the meeting was falling a sleep, or caught of by playing on their celly.. – its all the media reports, they often take that “good” side of the members.. sadly, indeed.. coz I wondering how come they fall into sleep when they supposed listen to the other members who try to explain the issue.. its sadly and embarrassing this nation.. – well, yesterday, we all get that “explanation” why they fall into a sleep.. - they said coz of the long speech of the issue and there’s nothing they can do.. uhh, puh-lease..
Ok, the heck with that Issue, well I was with my dearly friend Erna, ya know it was a fun for me to take pictures with those people.. “ also, i met my other IPO’s friend(plus my Chatting friend beside Erna) Ricky and Henry.

The trip was damn tiring but great,coz we’ve been traveling around the buildings.. I don’t know how many hectares are they, but enuff tiring all of us.. lucky us, we have a “big” lunch break! Yipee!! We got fried noodles, fried veggie and both of chicken and fish fried; can u imagine how “luxurious” was it??? (I never got this before accept for the buffet..)


Neway, I was taking a lot of the architectures side, we’ve been go to 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 23rd floors.. and another opportunity to take a look and “follow” the commission meetings that day (there’s no commission meeting but everyday, man.. )
Ok.. this is would be my ”first experience” using the flash light to fill in.. Man, I never make it right.. hope this one would be success… coz, by the end of this month-July, our pictures would be judged by the secretary-general of MPR/DPR itself and from the IPO, NDI.. and then, in the middle of August the 50 selected photos would be appears in the exhibition in front of the ambassadors.. and it will hang up on the DPR walls.. uhh does it sounds cool???

Ya know, taking this opportunity with all the master of photography in IPO, was a bless that’s why I didn’t pay a big hope for this “competition”.. compete them was unbelievable well.. maybe if there’s a miracle for me.. hueheheheh..
